On behalf of the owners, the Berchtold family, the Hotel Tenne was sold within 3 months of the order being placed. To complete the sale, other plots of land had to be purchased to sell a complete package. While the new owners took care of the construction application, we managed the hotel for another 9 months.
Hotel Graecherhof

Sales and management
On behalf of the owner, the Hotel Grächerhof was sold. The 28-room hotel was taken over by a Geneva company and has been in operation since.
It was a complex "share deal", a sale of the company shares. Hotel & Gastro Consulting carried out the due diligence of the company, valued the shares, and, in consultation with the owner, determined the sales price and supervised sales negotiations until completion.
Hotel Alpenrose

Sales and interim management
On behalf of a British travel agency, we were commissioned to buy a traditional hotel in the Interlaken area. We carried out the negotiations for the purchase of the Hotel Alpenrose in Wilderswil for the client and bought the hotel. We are currently managing the hotel for the client.
